You will act as the voice of the brand, combining clear communication, product knowledge, and performance-driven strategies to grow our player base.What you'll be doingConduct high-volume outbound calls to:reactivate dormant or lapsed customers or communicate promotions, bonuses, and product featuresAchieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIsDeliver exceptional customer engagement by providing product knowledge, promotions, our Loyalty programme, our extensive perks and offerings and supportAccurately record customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systemsWork flexible shifts, including evenings and Saturdays, to maximize contact opportunitiesProvide customer feedback to management to help optimize sales scripts, promotions, and processesWhat you'll bring Previous outbound sales or telemarketing experience (preferably in South African iGaming, online sports-book and betting, financial services, or telecoms)Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targetsAbility to work shift patterns, extended hours, and SaturdaysComputer literacy and experience with CRM systemsExcellent communication skills (English required; additional South African languages a plus)Results-driven with resilience in a competitive environmentWhat’s In It For You📍 Office in Mbombela (formerly Nelspruit), Mpumaplanga💰 A competitive salary + individual performance based bonuses every quarter🌴 20 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays📑 South African employment contract📝 Referral bonuses & flash bonuses💻 Top of the line equipmentPersonalised SupportWe’re committed to making our recruitment process accessible to everyone.
