With a diverse portfolio encompassing curtain walls, skylights, doors and windows, partitions, frameless and spider systems, and architectural cladding, Precision Facade offers clients flexibility and creativity in realizing their architectural vision. About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer to oversee and maintain safe working conditions across our aluminium façade fabrication and installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and prevent workplace incidents in both factory and site operations.Job Location : Musaffah, Abu DhabiJob Type : Full-TimeSalary : Based on experience and qualificationsKey Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations at project sites.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards during façade installation, scaffolding, glazing, and lifting operations.Identify unsafe acts and conditions, recommend corrective actions, and follow up until closure.Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.Ensure proper use of PPE, safe access, and work-at-height complianceMaintain accurate HSE statistics and prepare weekly/monthly safety reports.Maintain safety reports, audit records, risk assessments, and emergency drills and ensure work-at-height compliance.What You’ll Bring:Degree in Engineering At least 3-5 years’ experience in façade or construction safety.Certified in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (or equivalent).Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.Skilled in conducting site inspections, audits, and safety investigations.Ability to work in multicultural teams and under demanding project conditions.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about quality and excellence in façade engineering, we’d love to hear from you!Apply directly through LinkedIn or send your CV to Career@precisionfacade.com with the subject line: Safety Engineer – Façade Division.
