Account Executive InternAbout the RoleAs an Account Executive Intern, you will support the Account Management team in maintaining relationships with clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to understand how software outsourcing businesses operate and to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management and business development.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Managers in maintaining relationships with assigned clients.Participate in client meetings and take meeting notes, ensuring all action items are followed up.Assist in preparing commercial documents: proposals, quotations, bidding packages, and contracts.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, presales, delivery) to track project progress and client requests.Conduct market research and collect client insights to identify potential opportunities.Help prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for client communications.Maintain CRM data and assist in tracking sales pipelines and KPIs.Contribute ideas to improve client satisfaction and sales effectiveness.Your QualificationsFinal-year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.Strong interest in technology, software outsourcing, and customer relationship management.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.Good command of English (both written and spoken).Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or CRM tools is a plus.What You’ll GainHands-on experience working with real clients in the IT outsourcing industry.Mentorship from experienced Account Managers and Business Development professionals.Opportunity to learn about software project lifecycles and client engagement.Monthly internship allowance + performance bonus.Opportunity for full-time employment after internship.Dynamic, open-minded, and supportive working environment.Company activities: team buildings, workshops, and internal training programs.
