OBJECTIVES:Design and operate control mechanisms for business bonus payments/ promotion programs for the Sales DivisionOperate calculation/control of employee management mechanismCooperate with key stakeholders to review and develop effective programs for Sales DivisionEstablish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverablesThis is a senior individual contributor role with potential team leadership responsibilities, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinkingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Designing mechanisms to control business bonus payments/promotion programs for the Sales DivisionPropose, identify goals, and implement mechanisms to control business rewards/incentive programs with relevant parties to ensure accuracy for the Company's sales team and costsAct as single contact point represent Business Management & Transformation Center to work with related stakeholders such as Sales Division, Human Resources Management Division, Product Business Development Division and Finance Division for sales bonus related benefitRegularly monitor (week/month/quarter/year) to improve the effectiveness of activities2. Operate calculation/control of employee management mechanismDeploy and implement bonus calculation/control mechanisms with relevant partiesOperate calculations/controls the management mechanism for employees who often fail to complete their work and synchronous promotion policies for sales teams in Sales Division, ensuring optimization of a quality sales teamHandle issues and make corrective actions in BAU scopeBuild available capacity for implementing mechanisms3. Building strong relationships with main functions to empower effectiveness of those functions4. Undertake other tasks assigned by line managerREQUIREMENTS:1. EducationBachelor’s degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics or Marketing, or Sales related major2. ExperienceAt least 2-3 years of experience in sales training - sales operations, finance, or incentive program managementExperience in leading small teams or mentoring junior staff is a plus3. SkillsLanguage requirements – English – fluentComputer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Project)Good communication and presentation skillAbility to work under high pressure
