Originally designed to simplify clinic management for chiropractors, Zoneee has evolved into an intuitive, efficient platform perfectly suited for osteopaths, physiotherapists, and sports massage clinics as well.Our mission is simple: transform clinic management into purposeful, fulfilling work, allowing practitioners and their teams to focus more on delivering quality care and less on wrestling with complex systems.Role OverviewWe’re searching for a tech-savvy, entrepreneurial Sales Account Manager to join Zoneee on a freelance, part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company grows.This is a pivotal, high-impact role in which you will build Zoneee’s sales engine from the ground up. You will act as both strategist and hands-on operator, establishing our lead funnels, CRM, sales processes, and customer lifecycle workflows. From prospecting and demoing to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships, you will lay the foundations of our commercial operations.We want someone who thrives in SaaS, enjoys consulting with clients, and is excited to grow alongside a fast-moving startup.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Funnel DevelopmentBuild an end-to-end full funnel for lead generation, nurturing, conversions, demos, and onboarding.Identify high-potential lead channels and execute outbound and inbound strategies.Create and manage sales pipelines from scratch, ensuring prospects move smoothly through every stage.CRM & Process CreationSelect, implement, and maintain a CRM system tailored to Zoneee’s needs.Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, templates, and reporting systems.Track KPIs and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency and conversion.Client Acquisition & ClosingConduct product demos for clinics and practitioners.Consult with prospects to understand needs and tailor Zoneee’s value proposition.Own the closing process: proposals, negotiations, contracts, and final sign-off.Client Success & Account ManagementOnboard new clients and ensure a smooth adoption of Zoneee.Build long-term relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.Ensure clients feel supported, valued, and confident in their workflow transformation.Reduce churn by proactively addressing concerns and identifying upsell opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the founding team to deliver customer insights and influence product direction.Provide feedback to enhance Zoneee’s user experience, features, and market fit.QualificationsProven experience in SaaS sales, account management, or consultancy roles.Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.Comfortable building systems, processes, and documentation from scratch.Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for product demos.Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and execute with precision.Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to grow within the health-tech industry.Experience working with SMEs, clinics, or healthcare software is a plus.What we offer: Flexible freelance/part-time arrangement with a clear path to full-time growth.Competitive commission structure based on closed deals, with no cap — rewarding strong performance and proactive sales activity.The opportunity to shape the entire sales foundation of a fast-growing SaaS company from the ground up.Autonomy, trust, and the chance to directly influence business outcomes and revenue growth.Supportive team, meaningful product, and mission-driven work helping clinics thrive.Get in touch with Anna at anna@zoneee.co.uk or send a DM.
