This is a quota-carrying, outside sales role focused on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the security industry, specifically in surveillance and access control systems solutions sales.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory through prospecting, networking, and relationship buildingAccount Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingSales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Premise One's security solutionsQuota Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas, driving revenue growth for the companyMarket Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Premise One’s offeringsCollaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfactionReporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM systemRequirements:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience and growing book of business in the security industry, specifically in hybrid physical/cloud surveillance and access control products (design, installation, and service)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredSkills:Strong understanding of low-voltage security systems and technology solutions with Sales certifications a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makersSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsTravel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and prospectsLocation: Must be based in Arizona or willing to relocateWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary plus commissionComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings plan with company matchOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic and supportive work environmentPowered by JazzHRIoTS0tdTml
