Job Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the departmentAssist in various marketing and documentation tasks as neededMaintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keepingCoordinate with internal teams to support departmental activitiesUtilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports and presentationsPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsGraduate of Marketing Management or a related fieldWith experience in administrative tasks (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applicationsKnowledgeable in Canva and other basic editing or design toolsTech-savvy and familiar with various social media platforms used for marketingExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal skills, persistent, and hardworkingBasic accounting background or experience is an advantage.Can start immediately
