This job is about being an essential point of contact for customers, helping them with everything from questions to issues post-purchase. You might like this job because you enjoy building relationships and thrive in a mix of sales and support!We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Success Executive to manage customer relationships from first contact through post-purchase support. This role blends sales, customer support, and light marketing collaboration, with a strong focus on delivering a great customer experience.You'll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them understand our products, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to grow relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including webchat, CRM, phone, email, and social media.Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution.Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.Solve operational problems for customers through technology and automation while improve our customer experience journey.Sales:Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.Conduct product demonstrations to prospective B2B and B2C customers/clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.Marketing:Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.Assist in developing engaging and persuasive marketing copy for various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.Craft compelling product descriptions, promotional content, and brand messaging.Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.Assist in executing marketing strategy with the management team.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, TESL, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a similar hybrid role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and social media tools.Basic familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a customer-first attitude.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRM tools.Interest in creativity, community-building, or the stationery industry.
