Job Description

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm.SALARY: $110K per year + Benefits (medical plan, car allowance, vacation days and sick days, 401k plan).ACTIVITITES:Achieve budgeted sales targets for assigned teams, ensuring sustained business growth.Identify business opportunities, new market segments, and potential business alliances.Create and consolidate a high-performing, customer-centric sales culture supported by technology, efficient processes, and teamwork.Monitor and manage daily sales activities, as well as key performance indicators for the sales and marketing area.Lead the implementation and compliance with sales policies and practices aligned with corporate guidelines.Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and positioning strategy that reinforces the company's brand purpose, focused on providing potable water to consumers.Implement marketing campaigns and actions that increase brand penetration, strengthen customer relationships, and promote long-term loyalty.Lead digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, optimizing loyalty programs to maximize the value of each customer.Lead, train and develop the sales, inside sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and responsibility.QUALIFICATIONS: Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management. Fully bilingual. Proven success in managing regional, national or international sales performance. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies. Ability to work independently and build high-performing teams.
