The role involves prospecting, presenting to potential clients, and conducting follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service. It also includes contributing to marketing strategies and participating in sales and marketing training programs to improve team performance. This is a full-time, on-site position.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proven experience in Sales, including the ability to meet and exceed targets through effective strategy implementation.Knowledge of Sales & Marketing principles to support promotional and business growth activities.Capability to conduct and participate in Training programs to enhance personal and team performance.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.Proficiency with sales and marketing tools and software is a plus.Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
