Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Complete 12-24 month intensive training across key departments (e.g., Inside Sales, Field Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product Management). Shadow senior sales professionals to master consultative selling techniques.2. Sales Execution: Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities. Assist in developing sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.3. Performance Metrics: Achieve quarterly KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, pipeline growth, revenue targets). Utilize CRM tools to track activities and forecast accuracy.4. Leadership Development: Participate in workshops on negotiation, client relationship management, and industry trends. Present business insights to senior management upon program completion.Requirements and Qualifications:Self-motivated; Result-oriented; Good communication skill ; Good problem-solving ability; Good learning ability.Bachelor's Degree in any business related course.To be eligible you must have graduated in the year 2024 or 2025.
