Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services, identify and drive sales opportunities, and build lasting relationships with property owners and clients. Responsibilities also include managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training for team members as needed to enhance sales performance. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service are essential to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.Proven expertise in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets.Experience in Training and Sales Management to lead teams effectively and enhance overall performance.Highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a team-focused environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
