Job Role: Sales & Onboarding SpecialistIndustry: Agriculture / Agri-TechLocation: Ibadan, Oyo StateWork Mode: HybridSalary: 100,000 - 130,000 nairaOur client, a growing agri-tech company providing innovative solutions across the agricultural value chain, is seeking a skilled and result-driven Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join their team.Key Responsibilities: *Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and drive sales of products and services. *Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing users(farmers and processors) across the agricultural value chain. *Conduct product demonstrations and service presentations for prospective clients. *Manage the users (farmers and processors) onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sign-up to active engagement. *Collaborate with internal teams to resolve users inquiries and provide consistent support throughout onboarding. *Track and report client interactions, conversion rates, and onboarding metrics using CRM tools.* Gather feedback from clients to improve the overall sales and onboarding experience. *Achieve assigned sales targets and users (farmers and processors) onboarding goals monthly.Requirements: *Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field. *2–3 years’ experience in sales, user onboarding, or customer success (preferably within the agri-business, SaaS, or B2B space). *Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. *Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. *Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems. *Goal-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about innovation in agriculture.How to apply: Qualified candidates should send CVs to resume.xurielresources@gmail.com Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
