Job Opening: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Medical Training SchoolLocation: Fully Remote (Open to Applicants in Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, and Kenya)Reports To: Enrollment Manager / Director of AdmissionsAbout the ClientWe are recruiting for a client who is a Texas-based medical training institution offering professional certification programs in NurseAide, Pharmacy Tech, Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting, and other healthcare fields.We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join ourEnrollment Team remotely from Lagos, Nigeria. The SDR will play a critical role in driving studentenrollment growth by converting leads into enrollments through consultative sales and excellentcustomer service. Key Responsibilities- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads from the CRM to convert prospects into students.- Conduct outreach via calls, SMS, email, and social media to engage potential students.- Schedule and confirm virtual or in-person appointments for enrollment counseling.- Prospect and generate a steady flow of quality leads to sustain monthly targets.- Manage the entire student enrollment pipeline — from initial contact to payment and onboarding.- Conduct cold calls and actively listen to understand prospects’ career goals and challenges.- Provide accurate information about programs, tuition, and admission requirements.- Conduct virtual information sessions to educate prospects about programs and outcomes.- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly conversion and enrollment goals.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process.- Assist with tuition payment processing and billing tracking.- Support recruiting, training, and evaluation of junior admissions staff when needed.Qualifications & Experience- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or HND — preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, telemarketing, or customer success (experience in education, EdTech, or healthcare training is a plus).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely in a target-based environment.
