The Manager will be the leading force in the company to promote sales efforts, oversee daily activities to ensure optimal efficiency, manage customer satisfaction, and support marketing efforts. Responsibilities include increasing revenue on site and online, analyzing sales data, managing operations workflows, ensuring seamless customer service, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to drive growth. Collaboration with both internal teams and external partners will be key to success in this role.QualificationsStrong Sales Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes and evaluate performanceCommitment to Customer Satisfaction and expertise in delivering exceptional Customer ServiceExcellent Communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholdersEnglish is a MUST, additional languages are preferredAbility to lead and work effectively in an on-site locationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferredExperience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus
