You'll play an essential role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities Assist sales team members by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Prepare and send accurate quotes, proposals, and product information on behalf of the sales team Input and maintain sales orders and updates in the CRM or order management system Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to support the sales process and ensure on-time delivery Monitor order status and provide timely updates to both customers and sales team members Maintain organized sales documentation and assist in preparing sales performance reports Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks to help sales representatives stay on track Support sales initiatives by identifying upselling opportunities and communicating relevant customer needs to the teamQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred 1--2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment Knowledge or interest in ergonomic products or custom furniture solutions is a plusWhy Join AFC Industries Competitive compensation based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for growth within an innovative and respected company
