Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales department and its operations in the automotive export industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing back-office tasks, front-in clients, handling documentation, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring seamless communication to facilitate the sales process.Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and Chief Sales Officer, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports and creating sales and work orders and insuring their timely closure. Documentation Management: Handle all sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and export regulations. Client Coordination: Serve as a liaison between clients and reporting managers, addressing inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction around the clock. Interdepartmental Communication: Coordinate with various departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to streamline processes and resolve any issues related to sales department and its operations. Data Management: Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and inventory lists using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and other relevant metrics to the Sales Manager and Chief Sales Officer.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or assistant role within the automotive, logistics, or consultancy sectors. Experience in the automobile industry is preferred. Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems. Ability to manage complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is advantageous. Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, Handling clients confidently, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficientlyAdditional Information: Driving License: Required. Travel Requirements: Not at the moment. Interview Process: Two rounds one with the Sales Manager and another with the Chief Sales Officer.
