Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting company services, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to execute sales strategies that align with company goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and build relationshipsProficiency in sales strategies, account management, and business developmentTime management, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skillsExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plusProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of the logistics and freight industry is preferred but not requiredAbility to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and team collaborationBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
