Our mission is to inspire wellness one teabag at a time. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Abeokuta North for a Marketing Team Member. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, developing marketing strategies to promote the brand, supporting sales efforts, and delivering excellent customer service. The Marketing Team Member will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to strengthen the company’s presence and build customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Marketing Strategy and Market Research to support data-driven decision-makingExperience in Sales and Customer Service to effectively engage and retain customersExceptional communication skills to ensure clear, persuasive, and professional interactionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentA proactive and goal-oriented mindsetBachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)Familiarity with the wellness and herbal tea industry is a plus
