We create perfumes, home sprays, candles and reed diffusers that transform spaces and elevate everyday living.We're expanding our Brand Growth & Strategy Team (BGST), and we’re searching for a Creative Marketing Strategist (CMS) who can bring our brand stories to life, shape our marketing direction, and drive customer engagement across all digital touch points.Role DescriptionThe Creative Marketing Strategist is responsible for building and executing Tega Milton’s content and marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Founder, the DCA (Digital Commerce Architect) and the SPE (Sales & Partnerships Executive) to create compelling campaigns, plan content calendars, produce high-impact marketing material, and ensure our storytelling is emotionally powerful and commercially effective.This is a creative and strategic role, ideal for someone who is imaginative, organised, analytical and deeply plugged into digital culture and brand storytelling.QualificationsStrong experience in content strategy, digital marketing or brand storytelling.Excellent writing skills and command of narrative structure.Ability to think visually and create content briefs.Comfortable managing multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Email, Blog).Familiar with marketing analytics and performance tracking.Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.Experience in beauty, fragrance, lifestyle or luxury industries (an advantage).A portfolio showing creative work (required).
