The ideal candidate will have strong technical marketing skills, experience with digital tools and platforms, and a passion for measurable results. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email, search engines, and web platforms.Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and SEO performance.Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).Coordinate content development including blog posts, email newsletters, and digital creatives.Support brand campaigns and promotional initiatives for product/service visibility.Conduct market and competitor research to recommend marketing improvements.Manage CRM tools and automate marketing workflows where applicable.Collaborate with graphics and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2–3 years proven experience in digital marketing.Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, CRM apps, and analytics tools.Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, website optimization, and lead generation.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Added AdvantageGraphics design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).Basic video editing or content production experience.Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
