Role Description The Relationship Officer will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships, focusing on providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, delivering personalized customer support, promoting financial products, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos.
