Sales Business Development Agent – Oiyaa Pvt LtdLocation: Remote / FlexibleIndustry: Travel & Tourism (Maldives-focused)Oiyaa Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Business Development Agent to join our growing travel and destination management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients — whether individual travellers or partner agencies — who wish to experience or promote the Maldives as a destination.This role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, contact, and convert new clients, including tourists and travel agencies.Conduct effective sales calls, online meetings, and presentations to promote Oiyaa’s travel services.Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing and reservations, to ensure seamless client handover and service delivery.Provide regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.Contribute to promotional campaigns, trade events, and partnership initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s market reach.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of proven sales experience, ideally within travel, hospitality, or a related service industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven with a proactive approach to client acquisition.Strong command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, or Russian is an advantage.Familiarity with Maldives tourism products, destinations, and market dynamics will be considered a plus.Ability to work independently while maintaining clear reporting and collaboration with the wider team.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission based on performance.Opportunity to represent a growing Maldivian travel brand in global markets.Flexible working arrangement (remote or hybrid).Ongoing professional development and support.If you are a motivated sales professional with a passion for travel and client engagement, we invite you to apply and become part of Oiyaa’s international growth journey.📩 To apply, please send your CV to sales@oiyaa.mv
