We connect brands with top-performing creators and affiliates across various niches—fashion, beauty, technology, food, sports, lifestyle, and more—to deliver impactful and measurable campaigns.Our core services include KOL & Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Campaigns, Online Events, and Training programs (Live Hosts & Content Creators). Our mission is to empower a strong ecosystem where creators and brands grow together through meaningful and result–driven partnerships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Surabaya. The position focuses on identifying and developing brand-relevant B2B leads that require digital marketing solutions such as KOL campaigns, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, online events, and training services.Key responsibilities include:Identifying and qualifying B2B leads from brands that need digital marketing solutions.Conducting market research to understand brand needs, trends, and opportunities.Preparing and delivering sales pitches, proposals, and campaign recommendations.Managing the sales pipeline end-to-end, including follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.Building, nurturing, and maintaining long-term relationships with brand clients.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully and aligned with client expectations.Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills to identify relevant brand prospects and industry trends.Proven ability in B2B lead generation and end-to-end sales, including pitching and negotiation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and affiliates.Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.Proactive, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with the internal team.Experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
