Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive Sales & Client Relationship Lead to manage business development activities in Greece, oversee local client service teams, and ensure clients receive timely and high-quality service. The role focuses on account management, upselling, team leadership, and achieving KPIs.---Key Responsibilities:Client & Account Management:· Manage key client accounts in and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.· Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives.· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.· Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.Business Development & Sales:· Lead BD activities from our sales team in and client relationship department to drive growth.· Ensure sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.· Develop and execute strategies for account expansion and retention.Team Leadership & Coordination:· Lead and mentor local client service teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, finance, marketing).· Guide BDs and service teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.Reporting & Analysis:· Track performance against KPIs and sales targets.· Prepare reports on client activity, sales pipeline, and team performance.· Recommend process improvements to enhance client service and sales efficiency.---Qualifications & Skills:· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.· Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management (3+ years preferred).· Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in CRM, ATS, or order management software.· Knowledge of the Greek market and ability to manage local business development initiatives.---Key Competencies:· Client-focused and service-oriented· Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset· Strong leadership and team management skills· Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities---
