Sales Consultant - New Cars

With the release of Australia's two top selling vehicles, the Rav4 and Hilux, Brighton Toyota is looking for an exceptional sales professional to join our high performance team. Our sales team consists of experience and enthusiasm and we are looking for a new team member that can embrace the large volume of enquiry and in-coming stock whilst also learning the Toyota way. The Role Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.Building and maintaining a relationship with prospective customers before, during and after delivery.Completing and organising an accurate database.Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current products and the features including but not limited to: models, series, accurate wait times etc.Developing positive relationships with all team members and departments. About You Sales driven with a confident and positive attitude.You are self motivated with a strong work ethic.Confidence to develop strong rapport and build great long term customer relationships.Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.Professional Presentation.Current drivers license.As you learn and progress through our business, there is scope for individuals who consistently exceed key performance indicators to be fast tracked and enjoy the self-satisfaction, growth opportunities and financial rewards that comes with their efforts.5 Day working week including Saturdays. * Being fluent in Languages other then English is not required but may be an advantage.
