Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Consultant, based in Pereira. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide tailored telecommunications solutions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting consultations to identify client needs, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal service and meet organizational targets. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Consulting and the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and proven skills in Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience.Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and resolve client inquiries.Experience in professional Consulting or related roles is a plus.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a results-driven mindset.Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and Fiber Optic networks is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
