From serene escapes to thrilling experiences, Kuredhivaru inspires every traveller with boundless imagination.Job DescriptionThe Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction, tracking sales performance, and facilitating the efficient execution of sales processes to help achieve business targets.About The RoleMaintain complete knowledge of all hotel features / services, hours of operation.Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.Prepare reports and other related documents, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance with hotel’s sales administration process.Serve as the point of contact for clients, answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner and respond the emails.Input and update Fam Trip/Media Trip calendar, prepare the itinerary and site inspection.Distribute contracts, special offers and other communications to trade partners.Upsell and promote hotel's facilities and services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue.Maintain department material and giveaway inventory and using Materials control system to order or purchase additional.Assist in organizing and preparation of Trade Shows, Business trips. i.e., Hotel reservations, flight tickets request.Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.What Is In It For YouEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.Develop your talent through Accor’s learning programs.Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!Ability to contribute to local community and make a difference through our Sustainability programs.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Events Management.Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal).Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.Skilled in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Additional InformationOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
