The ideal candidate has strong skills in policy implementation and HR systems, and the ability to assist leadership across multiple teams. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and maintaining HR processes to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience HR Operations within luxury resorts and hotels.Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR policies.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and support various departments efficiently.Ensure compliance with labour laws, resort policies, and maintain high standards of employee welfare and workplace safety.Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism during peak operational periods or challenging situations.A proactive team leader with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement in HR practices.If this role appeals to you and if feel you are a right fit – we invite you to applyPlease send your CV to careers@ozen-maadhoo.com with the job title in the subject line.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
