We specialize in helping businesses build and grow their online presence through website hosting, domain registration, web design, and technology consulting.We are seeking a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive who is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about digital solutions. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert WhatsApp inquiries into sales, manage customer relationships, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a strong understanding of online services and IT products.TasksKey ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers via WhatsApp, calls, and social media to understand their needs and provide suitable service recommendations.Convert WhatsApp leads into confirmed sales, ensuring a smooth and professional closing process.Follow up with potential and existing customers to build trust and encourage repeat business.Create and manage customer profiles and records in CRM or database systems.Work closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.Track and report daily leads, conversion rates, and sales performance.Assist in promoting new offers, hosting plans, and domain services to existing clients.Handle basic after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Safnah’s services, pricing, and competitors.RequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in IT, hosting, or digital services.Strong communication and negotiation skills (Arabic required; English preferred).Confident and professional in handling WhatsApp conversations and online communication.Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online customer engagement tools.Tech-savvy and interested in IT, hosting, domains, and digital solutions.Positive attitude, persistence, and strong closing abilities.Ability to manage multiple client projects and deliver results under deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English , Arabic is PlusPreferred QualificationsExperience in the web hosting or IT industry.Knowledge of domain registration, hosting plans, or website management tools.Basic understanding of digital marketing or online sales funnels.WPM (Words Per Minute Above > 55 ) is Plus in both Arabic + EnglishBenefitsWhat We OfferFully remote position with flexible working hours.Opportunity to work on diverse projects with international clients.Competitive salary with sales-based incentives or commission.Supportive and dynamic work environment.Training on Safnah’s products, sales process, and tools.Opportunities for career growth within the company.closing date is 07/11/2025
