This agency powers influencer campaigns for globally recognized brands across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok — including Epic Games, Warby Parker, Hoyoverse, Gameloft, and Manscaped.In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategic outbound lead generation initiatives, identify and engage prospective clients, and help drive new business opportunities. You’ll craft compelling outreach messages, research brands, coordinate initial meetings, and maintain a well-organized pipeline — all while leveraging your knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with SDR experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting brands with creators in a way that delivers measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn outbound prospecting from start to finish — identify, research, and engage high-potential brands with minimal hand-holding once given direction.Leverage Apollo expertly to build targeted prospect lists, manage outreach sequences, and track performance metrics.Write high-impact outbound email copy that feels personalized, sparks curiosity, and drives replies/ Research prospective clients, understand their business goals, and tailor outreach to highlight how the agency’s services can help them succeedManage and maintain a clean, organized pipeline with consistent follow-up and next-step tracking.Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings, ensuring both our sales team and prospects are well-prepared.Use LinkedIn and other prospecting tools to identify and connect with decision-makers.Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends and platform developments, particularly within the YouTube ecosystem. Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously refine sales, communication, and research skills. QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in influencer marketing or a related field.Proven expertise in Apollo — from building segmented lists to optimizing sequences for higher response rates.Demonstrated success in writing persuasive, on-brand outbound email copy that converts cold prospects into warm leads. Proficiency with Google Workspace/Suite, LinkedIn prospecting, and email follow-up tools. Experience with Slack for internal communications. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; able to adapt tone and style for different industries. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Comfortable coordinating meetings across time zones and managing schedules. Self-starter mindset — thrives on autonomy, takes ownership, and drives initiatives forward without constant oversight.PreferredPrevious exposure to or direct experience in influencer marketing campaign management or sales. Experience prospecting and vetting influencers for brand partnerships.
