We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!Your MissionWe are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing SDR team. Reporting to our SDR Manager APAC, you will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei's products with specific focus on the Australian & New Zealand markets by uncovering new outbound opportunities & qualifying inbound leads.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activitiesSetting a strong example for newer SDRsDemonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clientsManaging your time efficiently and prioritising your workloadCollaborating with various internal departments to improve business processes and support onboarding of new clientsProactively engaging with potential and current clients and building strong relationshipsDemonstrating an ability to attract new customersExpanding market knowledge and awareness through your own researchDevelop sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting effortsOrganise and manage your pipeline and present to your line managerRequirementsBachelor's degree in business or related fieldTrack record of achievement and success in competitive environmentsAbility to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trendsRelevant customer facing/ calling experienceExceptional relationship-building skillsFluent in EnglishExcellent phone, writing, and listening skillsSelf-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their roleAmbitious individual with lofty career goalsEmotional IntelligenceTeam playerDesirable: Previous experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative)BenefitsFlexible working arrangements, with a hybrid office and home setup;A dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work environment fostering collaboration, innovation, and creativity;Opportunities for career growth, with a focus on internal promotions and employee development;A global bonus plan recognizing contributions across the organization;Volunteering programs that allow you to make an impact in the community;Employee recognition and reward programs acknowledging outstanding performance.
