Sales Development Representative (Remote, US-Based Franchise)

You will help a fast-growing US-based construction franchise by finding leads, qualifying them, following up, and moving them through the sales process. You will work closely with the franchise owner and a supportive team, helping with both sales and operational tasks along the way. If this sounds like a fit for you, we’re excited to review your application and meet you!What Your Days Might Look Like:Conduct targeted research to identify high-value leads.Make around 50 outbound calls daily to warm-ish B2B leads.Qualify leads and manage follow-ups to keep the sales pipeline moving.Maintain CRM data, track all communications, tasks, and pipeline updates in HubSpot.Create and optimize scripts, email templates, and outreach sequences.Take on operational tasks as needed to support the business.Work closely with the owner to prioritize outreach and identify opportunities for process improvements.Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:3+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling.1+ year of remote work experience.Comfortable working directly with a US-based client and open to feedback.Self-motivated, consistent in outreach, and confident in building relationships.Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills.Proficient in English, multitasking, and using CRMs like HubSpot.Experience in commercial construction or as a team lead is a plus.Why This Role Matters:Every call, email, and follow-up helps the business grow.
