About MS ShiftMS Shift is a global hospitality operations platform used by leading hotel brands worldwide to streamline Security, Concierge, Incident Reporting, Lost & Found, Visitor Management, and Housekeeping workflows. We support luxury properties across Marriott, Four Seasons, Hilton, Kerzner, SLS, Mandarin Oriental, Atlantis, and more.As we expand across the Asia-Pacific region, we are establishing our Singapore office as the hub for APAC Sales, Customer Success, and Support.Role OverviewThe Director of Sales – APAC will lead MS Shift’s revenue expansion across Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania. This leader will build a high-performing sales organization, drive enterprise-level deals with global and regional hotel groups, and execute our aggressive growth strategy for APAC.You will own pipeline development, regional partnerships, enterprise negotiations, and strategic account penetration with luxury hotel groups, hospitality operators, and security/concierge management companies.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategyOwn MS Shift’s sales strategy across APAC, with quarterly and annual revenue targets.Build, hire, manage, and coach a regional sales team (AEs, SDRs, and future Channel Partners).Identify market opportunities across Singapore, Japan, Dubai-Asia corridor, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, and India.Enterprise Hospitality SalesLead full-cycle enterprise sales with major hotel groups and property portfolios.Present and demonstrate modules such as Concierge, Incident Reporting, Lost & Found, Visitor Management, and Housekeeping.Respond to RFPs/RFIs and manage pricing proposals, MSAs, and commercial negotiations.Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving GMs, Directors of Security, IT Directors, and Corporate HQ.Regional PartnershipsBuild relationships with hospitality associations, security provider networks, and regional management companies.Develop channel/partner programs for integrators, consultants, and resellers in APAC.Market ExpansionEstablish MS Shift’s presence in Singapore as our Asia-Pacific headquarters.Represent MS Shift at APAC trade shows (HICAP, FHA, ITB Asia, etc.).Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, CS, and Support teams to ensure alignment with regional customer needs.Provide ongoing product and market feedback to strengthen the APAC roadmap.RequirementsExperience & Background7–12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience; hospitality tech experience strongly preferred.Proven track record selling into hotels, resorts, casinos, or large multi-property portfolios.Experience with long, multi-layered sales cycles and complex enterprise negotiations.Strong network within the APAC hospitality or security/operations ecosystem is a major plus.Skills & CompetenciesExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work autonomously and build a regional team from the ground up.Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).Fluent in English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Bahasa) a plus.Leadership QualitiesEntrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of setting up new markets.High integrity, customer-obsessed, and capable of navigating senior-level relationships.Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding global startup environment.CompensationCompetitive base salary (SGD) + aggressive commission structure.Equity / stock options may be included for senior-level talent.Benefits aligned with Singapore market standards.Why Join MS ShiftOpportunity to lead the entire APAC commercial expansion.Work with a high-growth global SaaS platform trusted by the world’s top hotel brands.Build and scale a regional team from scratch.Direct involvement in shaping the company’s global footprint.
