Core Responsibilities :Develop regional sales strategies and take full responsibility for sales performance (revenue, market share). Build and manage local sales teams; develop and maintain key clients (government, large enterprises, distributors). Integrate local resources, liaison with group headquarters, and resolve key issues in market expansion. Monitor Guinea's market trends and ensure compliant brand operations. Requirements Guinean nationality or permanent residency; bachelor’s degree or above. 10+ years of sales management experience in the industry; must have mid-to-senior management experience in leading industry enterprises. Fluent in French, proficient in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus); with local key client resources and networks. Strong goal orientation, quantifiable past performance, ability to work under high pressure, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills. No bad professional records; honest, upright and result-driven.
