Our team is driven by passion, purpose, and a commitment to excellence — creating memorable moments for guests while building a culture of collaboration, growth, and pride.About the RoleThe Director of Sales is a key leadership position responsible for driving the hotel’s commercial performance through strategic sales initiatives, market development, and strong business partnerships. This role oversees the Sales team to achieve revenue targets, strengthen market positioning, and ensure Creekside Hotel Dubai remains the preferred destination for corporate, leisure, and group clientele.The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in hotel sales within the UAE or GCC hospitality landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the hotel’s revenue and business objectives.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.Work closely with the General Manager and Commercial Director to drive business growth and optimize market share across all segments.Business Development & Market GrowthIdentify new business opportunities within corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, travel trade partners, and corporate clients.Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events to promote brand visibility and strengthen market reach.Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to proactively adjust strategies and maximize results.Revenue Management & Sales OperationsOversee the development of annual sales budgets, forecasts, and action plans.Drive conversion rates through strategic pricing, creative promotions, and collaboration with Revenue and Marketing teams.Review production reports and implement corrective actions to achieve set targets.Ensure that all sales activities and agreements comply with company policies and brand standards.Team & Performance ManagementConduct regular coaching and performance reviews to enhance individual and team productivity.Support professional development and succession planning within the Sales function.Maintain close alignment between Sales, Marketing, Events, and Operations for seamless guest experience and delivery of brand promises.What You BringMinimum 5–7 years of progressive sales experience within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven success in driving corporate, leisure, and group business in the UAE or GCC region.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Solid understanding of market trends, distribution channels, and digital sales tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.Results-driven, strategic thinker, and team-oriented leader.Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Hospitality Management preferred.Why Join UsAt Creekside Hotel Dubai, you’ll be part of a dynamic hospitality team where your ideas are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is recognized.
