Sales Executive - Chinese B2B Clients

MSIG Vietnam is seeking a qualified candidate for the Sales Executive role in the Global Business Division, focusing primarily on Chinese and Taiwanese B2B clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and language skills in both Chinese and English to engage with clients, while enhancing your problem-solving abilities. Please find the detailed job description below:Responsibilities1. Client Service:• To review renewal list for timely reminders to clients• To offer renewal quotations and new quotations for new clients• To look for new clients, approaching clients, selling insurance and taking care of clients• Create, structure and manage paper, email files and other documentation in accordance with agreed processes and procedures of Marketing Divisions• To conduct non-life insurance/risk management seminars/trainings for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)• To execute risk survey at client’s site as basis for offering quotation and continue following up the recommendations of risk survey, if any• To check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation2. Outstanding/Unclear Premium:• To update the status of outstanding premium and follow up the overdue premium to ensure collecting premium fully and timely 3. Business Administration:• To interview potential/prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage for business estimation• Monthly & quarterly Gross Written Premium analysis report, expenses analysis report, Data checking• Assist Line Management(s) in finishing Projection template report, estimated performance report and other reports assigned by Line Management(s)4. To coordinate with concerned other Divisions/Department for all related jobs5. Other assigned tasks by Line Management(s) QualificationsBachelor's degree from UniversityEnglish and Chinese communicationAbility to work under pressureAt least 2-year working experience is preferred.
