Job Description

Actively seek out new sales opportunities by meeting clients during sales visits or virtually, through cold calling, networking and social media.Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data (reviewing sales performance) and maintaining accurate records.Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations by properly coordinating with Marketing and Procurement for the product forecast.Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for better management information.Prompt collection of payments from customers to ensure delivery.Establishing new business by attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to generate leads and convert it to opportunities.Collaborate with other Sales members and other departments to achieve better results.Other functions / tasks may be delegated by the Department Head from time to time. QualificationsCandidate must have a Bachelors degree in any field and with proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.Proficiency in English.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent knowledge of MS Office; hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.Fast learner and passion for sales.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.Resilient - ability to get to know their customers needs, show empathy and deal in product in confidence.Ability to influence and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.Commercial awareness knowledge in gathering market and customer information to be able to properly propose the right product and to counter competition.Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and on emails.HEAD OFFICE (Initial And Final Interview)909 Gregorio Araneta Ave., Sto.
