Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials (Dealer Market) Location: Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria Reporting To: Business Head – HVAC & Building MaterialsJob SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow and manage the dealer market for our building material products, including Mesh Tape, Waterproof Tape, Duct Tape, Acrylic Sealant, and PTFE Tape. The ideal candidate will drive sales across the Lagos market, build strong dealer relationships, and expand the company’s customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop opportunities within the dealer market for building material products.Execute sales activities across the Lagos market to achieve set targets.Gather and report competitive market intelligence on products, pricing, and dealers.Prepare and submit quotations and product specification sheets when required.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders.Expand the dealer network and grow the customer base.Develop new markets and identify potential business opportunities.Submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.Preferred Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.3–5 years of experience selling pipe fittings, silicone, adhesives, or other building materials in the dealer market.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong relationship-building skills with a professional and mature presence.Salary Range₦250,000 – ₦400,000 net per month + monthly incentives Salary is negotiable for candidates with strong experience in the same product line.
