For example:- Entry Level Sales - Associate Sales Manager - Area Sales Manager - Country Sales Manager - Regional Sales Manager - Sales Director - Vice President of Sales.Key Responsibilities:Lead GenerationIdentify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, and referrals.Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.Customer EngagementConduct initial outreach to prospective customers via phone, email, or social media.Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to present Code Mantra’s programs and offerings.Sales PresentationDeliver engaging and informative presentations about Code Mantra’s classes and their benefits.Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy.Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and educators.Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward the best program choices for their children.Closing SalesMeet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrollments.Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.CollaborationWork closely with marketing and curriculum teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.Provide feedback to the team about customer preferences and market trends.ReportingMaintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics in the CRM system.Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho) is a plus.Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.Night Shift 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM NSTAble to work in weekends Sat/Sun.
