Job Title: Sales Executive – Foreign Exchange (FX)Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Hybrid (2 days on site)Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our FX team. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about helping businesses navigate cross-border payments, currency solutions, and global financial operations. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients that need FX, cross-border payments, and global collections. • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and follow a structured CRM process. • Present and pitch our FX solutions, including hedging, treasury products, and payment services. • Understand each client’s business model and provide tailored FX solutions. • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing. • Collaborate with operations and treasury teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transaction execution. • Provide market insights and updates to clients to support their decision-making. • Maintain strong post-onboarding relationships to drive repeat business. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. • Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking activities.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or proven sales experience in B2B environments). • Previous experience in FX, financial services, Investment banking, fintech, or B2B sales is an advantage. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to understand financial products and explain them simply. • Target-driven mindset with excellent pipeline management skills. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Key Competencies • Sales and negotiation • Relationship management • Business communication • Market awareness (FX/financial markets) • Problem-solving • Time managementWhat We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based commissions • Training on FX, compliance, and global payments • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing financial company • Collaborative and supportive work environment
