Sales & Revenue GenerationDrive the acquisition of new corporate and retail clients across Lagos.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.Present and market Markfema health plans to key decision-makers.2. Team Leadership & ManagementRecruit, mentor, and supervise Lagos-based sales executives.Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure productivity.Organize regular sales meetings and training sessions.Motivate and guide the team toward achieving collective targets.3. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.Resolve client challenges promptly and effectively.Conduct periodic client visits and satisfaction checks.4. Market Research & StrategyAnalyze the Lagos health insurance market and competition.Develop tailored sales strategies for different client segments.Provide timely feedback and insights to management for planning and decision-making.5.
