You will be responsible for designing the strategy in collaboration with C-level executives and executing the day-to-day tasks that bring it to life.If you enjoy using creativity, data, and technology to build digital systems from scratch, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Develop the content strategy for social media and execute daily content outputsPlan and run automated email marketing campaigns Implement SEO initiatives and update website contentLead revenue generation and growth campaignsDigital Operations Manage and optimise digital tools (CRM, LMS, CMS, automation platforms, etc.)Build and maintain digital workflows for operations and marketing initiativesTrack analytics and generate actionable insightsTest and troubleshoot digital processes end-to-endProduct, Program & Project SupportPlan, set up, and run webinars, online classes, digital programs & digital productsConduct market research and produce insightsSupport leadership with operational and strategic tasksCustomer Service, Support & Account ManagementRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiriesMaintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholdersAssist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth experienceTrack client feedback and escalate critical issues to leadershipOthers & MiscellaneousAssist with market research, competitor analysis, and trend reportingCoordinate with internal teams on ad hoc projects or campaignsSupport operational workflows and internal digital tools maintenanceTake ownership of any additional tasks required to ensure company and team successRequirements1–4 years of hands-on experience in digital operations or digital marketingProven revenue generation results through digital marketing and sales channelsExperience in planning and executing digital strategies and productsStrong writing skills and ability to create polished content that convertsProficiency in digital tools (CMS, CRM, Graphics, Visuals, Video, analytics, automations, etc.)Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects & meet deadlines High personal initiative and ownership mindsetWhat You’ll GainLead projects and programs with full ownershipDirect involvement in strategic decision-makingA strong, diverse portfolio of hands-on experience from executed digital projects A youthful, collaborative, mission-driven work environmentSkill development across multiple functions, including revenue, marketing, customer service, operations, analytics, and growthA rewarding career with a company that offers a competitive remuneration package and great career growth opportunitiesStarting RemunerationBase Pay: NGN 65,000 per monthPerformance Pay: NGN 35,000 per month (subject to meeting 80% monthly KPIs)Note: We mostly offer fixed-term performance-based employment. Performance Pay would be reviewed upward after satisfactory completion of the 6-month probation period. Base Pay may be reviewed upward during a term renewal or extension of term employment.
