Position: Sales Executive – Life Science Research ProductsLocation: Dubai, UAE (Candidates must already be based in UAE)Experience: 2+ years (Life Science sales only)About UsWe are a fast-growing distributor representing leading global life science brands across cell culture, molecular biology, chromatography, and laboratory consumables. We work closely with universities, research institutes, biotech, and biopharma customers.Our company is expanding rapidly, adding multiple global brands, and actively building long-term partnerships across the UAE scientific community.Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and market-aggressive Sales Executive who understands the research (R&D) customer segment, not clinical or medical device sales.The role involves building strong relationships, generating new opportunities, and driving sales across academic and industrial research labs.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit and develop accounts in universities, research institutes, biotechnology & biopharma companies.Promote products across cell culture, molecular biology, NGS and chromatography workflows.Identify new projects, customer requirements, and brand opportunities.Execute weekly customer visits, demos, and product presentations.Achieve Quarterly sales targets and expand brand visibility in the UAE market.Coordinate with internal product specialists and global brand partners.Requirements ✔ Must be currently based in Dubai/UAE ✔ Minimum 2 years experience in Life Sciences sales (R&D-focused) ✔ Experience working with research customers (NOT medical reps, NOT IVD kit sales) ✔ Strong understanding of lab consumables & research workflows ✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills ✔ Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in market development ✔ Valid UAE driving license preferredWhat We Offer• Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding multi-brand distributor • Exposure to premium international life science brands • Clear career progression into Key Accounts / Product Specialist roles • Supportive leadership in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment • Rewards are provided based on performance and meeting realistic sales targets
