The Tele Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales calls, providing customer service to clients, offering training and sales management support, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role requires working in the office located in Dubai and involves engaging with prospective clients over the phone.ResponsibilitiesReach out to potential clients through cold callsUse pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engagedDemonstrate how our products can best address client needsMaintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addressesDirect calls to other departments as neededTake incoming calls from current customersKeep a detailed record of all calls and salesFollow up on calls as neededQualificationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industryAbility to provide training and sales management supportRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:Knowledge of UAE real estate marketFluency in English and ArabicStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM systemsSalary: 4000- 5000 AEDApply Now: hr@cbswap.ae
