LSH Auto is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing our customer journey, showcasing our premium vehicle range, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them in making informed decisions, ensuring an enjoyable purchasing experience.Salary: £25,467 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of around £60,000, and a company car.Hours: 40 hours per weekRequirementsPrevious experience in automotive sales or a strong background in retail salesDemonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving performanceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagementAbility to work well in a team and contribute to a positive sales environmentPassion for cars and a desire to stay updated with industry trendsExcellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approachA valid UK driving licence is requiredBenefitsColleague Referral Scheme (£500 - £1000) Platinum Plus Rewards Scheme Colleague Car Purchase Scheme Eye care Vouchers Life Assurance (4 x annual salary) 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), rising to 38 days with length of service Wellbeing Support Company Pension
