Their mission is to foster growth, resilience, and lasting success for businesses at every stage of their digital journey.Role Description:We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Erbil. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales, with strong communication, persuasion, and time management skills. In this role, you will be developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential sales leads, effectively managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. Additionally, you will be working closely with various teams to meet and exceed sales targets.Responsibilities:Research and identify potential clients across various verticals who may be a good fit for Morc.Engage in door-to-door prospecting, either by driving or walking, to find new potential merchants.Review and assess prospect lists provided by the team to identify potential leads.Filter prospects and assign them to appropriate team members based on fit and priority.Reach out to potential clients, schedule calls, or visit them in person to deliver compelling sales pitches.Document all interactions in the Sales CRM, track progress, and pass unsuccessful leads to another team member for follow-up.Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.At least 1 year of prior experience in sales or a related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Arabic, with an excellent level of English and KurdishStrong analytical, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.Highly energetic, with strong time management skills.To have a flexible character to work on various projects.Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications outlined above, please send your CV to info@morc.netSubject Line: Sales Executive - (Your Name) Job Vacancy
