Job Description

Purpose: To carry out sales and provide service support to specific accounts, including defined current and prospective clients, ensuring efficient and satisfactory assistance in the coordination of appointments, claims, and reports. To provide administrative support in sales processes and actively collaborate in the management and development of new business opportunities, as well as the maintenance of existing accounts. Responsibilities:• Identify the needs of clients and prospects through calls and emails using a list provided by the Commercial Department and complemented by personal outreach.• Follow up with clients and prospects with potential business opportunities.• Promote the qualities and services offered by Puma to identified clients.• Request quotes for import, export, customs, warehousing, transportation.• Track customers' import shipments.• Provide quotations to customers requesting rates and follow up accordingly.• Create CW OFQ in the system to be sent to operations once the quotation has been approved by the client.• Follow up with ocean and air operations, staying informed on customers' shipments.• Log daily customer follow-up activities in the CRM.• Update commercial reports and the virtual meeting/visit plan.• Attend sales meetings and other activities assigned by the Commercial Manager or department.• Prepare operational reports for assigned clients.• Serve as backup for the commercial area during vacations or absences.• Take care of and safeguard assigned work equipment.• Detect and report non-conformities to create opportunities for improvement in the area.Requirements and Competencies:Final-year student or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related fields.Experience: 1 year in similar roles (preferred).Analytical skills.Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).Sales management.Customer service.Teamwork.
