Sales Executive (Retail) - 4-Month Contract

Role Overview:We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our retail team in Sharjah on a temporary 4-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional in-person customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism in the store.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.Process cash and card transactions accurately.Support stock management, including receiving and displaying merchandise.Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.Requirements: Proven experience in retail sales or in-person customer service (preferably in a shop or boutique setting).Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) is mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused with a positive and approachable attitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as needed.Currently based in or willing to work in Sharjah.Availability to commit to a 4-month contract with own visa.
