Role Summary: Responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets in line with company objectives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.Roles & ResponsibilitiesHunt & Develop: Identify and target new business opportunities within the SMB market.Consult & Solve: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and propose tailored MSP solutions.Build & Nurture: Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signing, building a robust pipeline.Collaborate: Work with our technical team to design service agreements that truly meet client needs.Qualifications and Experience2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or telecom.A hunter's mindset with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.The ability to translate complex tech solutions (like cybersecurity, cloud, and managed IT) into clear business value.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A deep desire to learn and grow within the fast-paced IT industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or relevant field
